Bria Waldron is the founder of Green Career Services & Business Consulting (Green CSBC) — an firm specializing in nonprofit strategy, small business development, and career & financial coaching. She supports mission-driven organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals with the systems and strategies they need to grow and thrive.
A proud Brooklyn native raised by Caribbean parents, Bria learned early the value of discipline, resilience, and financial independence. She earned her B.A. in Communications from Delaware State University and launched her first business in college — laying the foundation for a career rooted in impact.
Bria first gained recognition through Rude Gyal’s Kitchen, her popular culinary brand featured in Canvas Rebel, Voyage ATL, Shoutout Atlanta, and The Wave newspaper. Her work has since evolved into consulting, guided by real-world experience and results.
Bria spent eight years as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership, managing operations, and driving complex projects across nonprofit and corporate sectors. This experience shaped the operational expertise she now brings to her consulting work.
She has supported a wide range of organizations — including Sustainable Cities Fund, Guttmacher Institute, NRDC, Teen Health Inc., and Outsidethecity.org — offering services in strategic planning, development, and operational guidance.
Her background in financial services at WSFS, Chase, and Discover also shapes her work with individuals on credit building, budgeting, and financial growth.
